Handshake is an online platform that college students can use to find job and internship opportunities, connect with employers, and access career resources. Students can create profiles, apply for positions, register for career fairs and events, and get personalized job recommendations tailored to their skills and career goals.

- Current students: May access Handshake through their MyNTC portal, click on the Handshake tile in your student resources.

- Select the Handshake tile in the Student Resources section
- Select Student Access Button (don’t enter your email) and enter your Star ID + password
