Northwest Technical College’s Information Technology Services (ITS) department is committed to providing students, faculty and staff with the highest quality IT services and support.
ITS is responsible for network infrastructure/security, server design and maintenance, print and imaging devices, campus phones, classroom and educational technologies, web services, computer labs and support.
The ITS Help Desk provides support for all campus computers, peripherals, software, and user accounts. Help Desk staff can assist with connection issues, virus removal guidance, printer support, student online learning (D2L Brightspace) help, and other general computing questions.
