Strategic Plan

The mission of our strategic plan for diversity, equity and inclusion is to foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive campus and community culture that respects difference and ensures equitable opportunities for every person. Through strategic priorities and action objectives, we address issues concerning DEIA+ matters in our institution. 2019-2024 Priorities

  1. Provide opportunities for online and on campus students and employees to develop as culturally responsive individuals.
  2. Promote the value of a demographically diverse and inclusive student body, faculty, and staff.
  3. Create supportive and collaborative institutional structures to address essential student needs such as transportation, food, childcare, housing, and belonging.
