You can choose to register for an in-person or virtual SOAR Day.
In-Person SOAR Days:

You also have the option to register for courses on your own.
To participate in SOAR Days, you must have completed the following steps:
- Apply and receive acceptance to Northwest Technical College
- Confirm that you are accepted to NTC. You can check your admission status in e-Services
- Register for an in-person or virtual SOAR Day
Do you need to take the Accuplacer assessment?
You may have heard from your Admissions Representative that you will be taking the Accuplacer assessment before you can register for classes. You can take the Accuplacer on a SOAR Day! Start the day with the Accuplacer and finish with registration and optional tour.
- 9:30: Check-In
- 10:00: Welcome & Announcements
- 10:15: Begin the Accuplacer in NTC’s Testing Center
- Break after exam
- 1:00: Registration and optional campus tour
