Graduate Check-In

• Arrive by 3:00 PM.
• Enter through Gate 4.
• Stop at the name card table.

What to Bring

• Bring only items you can carry during the ceremony.
• No personal belongings may be left in the staging area.

Commencement Name Card

• Verify email and phone number.
• Write pronunciation guidance if needed.
• Carry the card during the processional.
• Give the card to the announcer before crossing the stage.

Graduation Photos

• Photo information will be sent after the ceremony.
• Ensure your contact information is correct.

After the Ceremony

• Graduates and guests may not re-enter the Sanford Center once they leave.
