This 60-credit Associate of Applied Science degree prepares graduates to pursue diverse employment options in existing and emerging fields as employees, entrepreneurs or business owners. Certification in specific areas of study allows students to focus on the skill sets that best fit their career plans by completing at least two certificates from the following areas: Accounting, Administrative Business Specialist, Computer Support, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, and Marketing & Entrepreneurship.

Graduates will obtain foundational knowledge and skills to open up a range of career opportunities in the diverse world of business. Graduates could become entrepreneurs or business owners, or depending on their interests, could seek a position as a general or operations manager, operations manager or administrative manager.

College Readiness
A student may be required to enroll in college readiness courses in reading, writing and math. A student’s scores on the Accuplacer assessment will determine enrollment in college readiness courses.
