The Administrative Assistant degree at Northwest Technical College will provide students with the computer knowledge, bookkeeping, business communication and secretarial skills they will need to succeed as an administrative assistant, executive secretary or office assistant.

Next Steps
The Administrative Associate AAS is transferable in part toward the Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration at Bemidji State University and in full to Mayville (N.D.) State University.
College Readiness
A student may be required to enroll in college readiness courses in reading, writing and math. A student’s scores on the Accuplacer assessment will determine enrollment in college readiness courses. The purpose of college readiness courses is to prepare students for the demands of a college-level curriculum. Credits may vary.
