This course focuses on the essential skills and tools required to provide effective IT support to remote users in today's increasingly mobile and distributed work environments. Students will explore techniques for troubleshooting and resolving issues on mobile operating systems and will gain hands-on experience with Virtual Private Network (VPN) configuration and management to ensure secure remote connectivity.
