Description: This course covers interior finishing of moldings, trim, doors, windows and installation of cabinets. Course will focus on calculating R-value, installing vapor barriers, insulation and proper attic ventilation, with an emphasize on green building and allowable materials. Prerequisite(s): None

6. Describe various kinds,sizes,and uses of drywall.
7. Apply tape and compound to drywall.
8. Determine the swing of doors.
9. Set a pre hung door and frame.
10. Identify standard moldings and describe their use.
11. Install window trim, door casings, and baseboards.
12. Install cabinets and countertops.
