Nortech Industry Leaders Visit Bemidji’s Technical College

Executives from Minnesota’s Nortech Systems, Inc. visited the Northwest Technical College campus on July 27 to learn more about NTC’s programs and growing career opportunities.

With its international headquarters based out of Maple Grove, Nortech is a full service electronics manufacturing services provider that offers support for a wide range of industries including industrial and commercial equipment, medical device, aerospace and defense. The company also has a branch located in Bemidji.

The Nortech executives were guided across campus by President Faith C. Hensrud, Darrin Strosahl, vice president of academic affairs, and Monty Johnson, dean of skilled trades, business and industry. Bemidji State University’s Allen Bedford, vice president of academic affairs, Dan Voss, transfer partnership coordinator, and Dr. David Towley associate professor of technology, art and design were also in attendance.
