High school robotics teams participated in a series of games and contests with VEX robots they designed and constructed at Northwest Technical College’s VEX Robotics Camp. The contest wrapped up a week-long camp, where teams from across Minnesota, with some teams joining from as far away as South Dakota and Tennessee, collaborated to design, program and build robots used in the June 28 final competition. The camp also included evening activities such as swimming and rock-wall climbing in Bemidji State University’s Gillett Wellness Center, tours of local manufacturing businesses and team-building activities.
