To enroll in the Community Health Worker program, students must have a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma, apply for admission to NTC and meet minimum program entry requirements.

Once admitted to the program, students MAY need to provide proof of immunizations, proof of two-step Mantoux test and/or complete a background check depending on the requirements of their selected internship site.
