Human Relations
This course explores human relations in personal, workplace, and community settings with an emphasis on human diversity, equity, and inclusion. Students examine how culture, identity, power, and social structures influence relationships among individuals and groups. Topics include oppression, discrimination, racism, sexual harassment, teamwork, and inclusive practices, with an emphasis on developing awareness, communication skills, and strategies for navigating diverse environments. Prerequisite(s): ENGL 0100 or appropriate placement score
