NTC Library
It is the mission of the Northwest Technical College Library to provide information, materials and services to ensure access for learners to all of our collections. As a facility for information, instruction and research, the NTC Library will strive to maintain the integrity, trust, and level of services expected by our learners and community.
Test Proctoring
Test Proctoring is offered in the NTC Library for online classes. Appointments for test taking must be made a day in advance by calling (218) 333-6655 or contacting Ann Campbell.
