Description: This course provides an introduction to electrical material used in industry. The learner develops basic skills and understanding of the material and how it applies to electrical applications in the field. Prerequisite(s): None

  1. Identify hand tools, power tools, Ladders, Scaffolds, and Lifting Equipment, common to Electrical Workers.
  2. Identify Electrical devices, fittings, raceways, cables, conductors and associated hardware.¿¿CrLf¿¿
  3. Use Hand Tools, and Power Tools in a safe and effective manner.
  4. Assemble electrical devices according to industry standards.
