Hoffman initiated the join BSU-NTC Strategic Direction Plan for 2023-2025.<\/p>\n<p>The joint BSU-NTC Strategic Direction Plan for 2023-2025 has four strategic priorities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Priority 1: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/offices\/president\/strategic-direction\/strategic-plan-2023-2025\/strategic-priorities\/priority-1-student-success\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Student Success<i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Priority 2: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/offices\/president\/strategic-direction\/strategic-plan-2023-2025\/strategic-priorities\/priority-2-nisidotaading-mutual-understanding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Nisidotaading<i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a> (Ojibwe for &ldquo;mutual understanding&rdquo;)<\/li>\n<li>Priority 3: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/offices\/president\/strategic-direction\/strategic-plan-2023-2025\/strategic-priorities\/priority-3-northern-distinction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Northern Distinction<i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Priority 4: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bemidjistate.edu\/offices\/president\/strategic-direction\/strategic-plan-2023-2025\/strategic-priorities\/priority-4-telling-our-story\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Telling our Story<i title=\"External link\" class=\"bsu-icon bsu-icon-external-link small ms-1\"><\/i><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Collectively, these priorities will strengthen core measures of institutional e&#64256;ectiveness for BSU and NTC.
