In our effort to create an equitable and inclusive campus, Bemidji State University engages in comprehensive assessment praxis. Providing our students, staff and faculty with up-to-date, relevant and accurate information is a goal of ours. Annually, we assess our strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion plan, the institutional strategic plan and each area within the division.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of assessment is to better understand the realities, climate, and functions of the University as it relates to diversity, equity, inclusion, anti-racism <i>plus.<\/i> The process of evaluation is comprehensive, cyclical and rooted in best-practice.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left\">Reports<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Year in Review<\/h3>\n<p>Each department publishes a year-in-review that can be found on their home websites. The Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion maintains the comprehensive review for the division.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Strategic Plan for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Review<\/h3>\n<p>The strategic plan for diversity, equity and inclusion is a four-year plan. The plan is developed by the institution for the institution. The aim is to expand diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the institution.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ntcmn.edu\/offices\/diversity-equity-inclusion\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/71\/2022\/06\/Annual-Report-of-Status_DEI-Strategic-Plan-NTC_FY-22_Final-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Annual Report 2021-2022<\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left\">Strategic Plan for Northwest Technical College Review<\/h3>\n<p>The strategic plan for Northwest Technical College is a comprehensive plan that advances the institution forward by strategically identifying seminal priorities, activities and resources to address the priority.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ntcmn.edu\/offices\/president\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/66\/2022\/06\/NTC-Strategic-Plan-2018-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Strategic Plan 2018-2023<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Climate Assessment<\/h2>\n<p>Our campus engages in assessment to better understand the experiences of students and employees. On a three-year cycle, we will engage in climate assessment that targets the experiences, systems and environment of our campus.
