{"id":4734,"date":"2022-05-04T09:03:18","date_gmt":"2022-05-04T14:03:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ntcmn.edu\/news\/?p=4734"},"modified":"2022-05-04T09:06:17","modified_gmt":"2022-05-04T14:06:17","slug":"ntc-celebrates-faculty-and-staff-at-annual-employee-recognition-breakfast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ntcmn.edu\/news\/2022\/05\/04\/ntc-celebrates-faculty-and-staff-at-annual-employee-recognition-breakfast\/","title":{"rendered":"NTC Celebrates Faculty and Staff at Annual Employee Recognition Breakfast"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"intro\">Northwest Technical College recognized employees reaching length-of-service milestones and the college&rsquo;s annual employee award winners at an April 29 celebration.<\/p>\n<p>NTC&rsquo;s annual employee Awards of Excellence include the Spirit of NTC, Outstanding Contribution, Excellence in Teaching and Distinguished Service awards.<\/p>\n<h2>Sprit of NTC Award<\/h2>\n<p><b>2022 individual recipient:<\/b> Heather Sutherland, early childhood education faculty.<br>\n<b>2022 team recipient: <\/b>NTC OneStop.<\/p>\n<p>The Spirit of NTC Award recognizes individuals or teams whose positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm embody the Spirit of NTC through active support of students, student-athletes, co-workers and community members.<\/p>\n<p><b>Heather Sutherland<\/b>, early childhood education faculty, earned the individual Spirit of NTC award for demonstrating school spirit throughout the campus and Bemidji communities. In addition to coordinating NTC&rsquo;s on-campus Halloween events in 2018 and 2019, Sutherland has coordinated NTC&rsquo;s Tubs of Love participation for two years.
