Northwest Technical College’s Happiness Leister was born and raised in Kenya. Moving to Bemidji, Minnesota in 2017, she is pursing a career in nursing with the help of the Mississippi Headwaters Blood Bank Scholarship.
Brittney Rohloff thought her bachelor’s degree in applied psychology marked the end of her college journey. After graduating, she decided to try a new path — one which has brought her back to school at Northwest Technical College. She is now pursuing a career in electrical construction, supported by a scholarship from Otter Tail Power Company.
Northwest Technical College’s Alexandra Bonsack is a full-time mom and a full-time student. Moving to Fosston, Minnesota from Maple Valley, Washington, she is now pursing a career in nursing with the help of the George W. Neilson Foundation Scholarship.
