Northwest Technical College Nursing requires all labs & clinicals to be completed on-campus, in Bemidji or at one of our clinical partner sites. NTC does not<\/strong> offer proctored clincals at locations of the students choice. Clinical sites below are organized by distance starting in Bemidji.<\/p>\n

\"\"Sanford Medical Center<\/a> Bemidji Location is a premier health care facility providing 24\/7 health services to Bemidji and its surrounding area. There are many areas of medical care provided including family health, cardiovascular, radiology, and rehabilitation. Sanford often hires nursing students from NTC and BSU due to the quality of education they receive and the close partnership they have with the universities.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Havenwood Care Center<\/a>, located in Bemidji, MN is a senior living community offering social, recreational, intellectual, spiritual, physical, and re-motivational activities. This center allows students to learn more about geriatric health care special needs.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>29 minutes from Bemidji<\/strong> – Cornerstone Nursing & Rehab Center<\/a> located in Bagley, MN serves the local area providing exceptional senior living, memory care, and rehabilitation services. Students are provided the opportunity to learn about geriatric and rehabilitation health care services.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>46 minutes from Bemidji<\/strong> – Essentia Fosston<\/a> offer rural health care opportunities with a variety of student experiences including medical surgical, surgery, emergency room, and long- term care. NTC students are employed through out the Essentia Health system.<\/p>\n

Fully accredited by The Joint Commission, they offer a full range of services including 24\/7\/365 Emergency Department and Level IV Trauma Center, hospitalist program, testing, surgery, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and more so that you can experience better health.<\/p>\n
