At NTC, cost need not prevent you from getting a first-class education. We offer in-state tuition rates to all<\/em> qualified applicants, not just Minnesota residents. Tuition is set annually by the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and charged on a per-credit basis.<\/p>\n
