Do you know about the D2L Help Desk?

D2L users can get immediate assistance by using MnSCU online knowledge base.  To begin, go to http://d2l.custhelp.com.  From here, you can browse the knowledge base to assist you in answering your question.  If you are unable to find an answer, you can submit a question of your own and it will be answered by a support technician.

Problems Logging in?

On the Desire2Learn login page (click here to go to it), input your Username & Password. Then click to login.

Your Username: Usually it is Firstname_Lastname e.g. Jane_Doe. If that does not work try: Firstname_Middleinitial_Lastname e.g. Jane_A_Doe. If that does not work try: Firstname_Middlename_Lastname e.g. Jane_Ann_Doe

Your Password: is your learner ID number Example: 00067359

Please note that your password is case sensitive. If you still can't login send an Email to NTC

Problems and Issues on Course, Content and File Access

Always check with your instructor first. If the problem isn't solved then send an Email to NTC

To ensure timely response, use your college email, state the course you are having problem with, and give as many details about your problem as you can.
