What is the Locker?

This is an area where you can upload and store personal files. All files that are stored in the Locker are confidential and can only be accessed by you. This comes in handy when you work on multiple workstations; no more carrying around disks! The different file types are represented by the graphic beside the file name (e.g. documents, image, etc.)

Is there a limit to how many files I can upload?

Yes. A storage space indicator bar allows you to gage the amount of space left in your 10 MB file limit. If you are getting close, you will want to clear out and/or move some of your files.

How do I upload a file?

A confirmation page displays indicating the successful completion of the file upload to your locker. You will also notice that the space bar indicator changes when you upload files.

How do I save a file to my computer/network?

To retrieve a file (save a file to your computer):

  1. Right-click (control-click on a Mac) the file name link and select (Netscape) Save Link Target As... or (Internet Explorer) Save Target As….
  2. Browse to the drive/location where you would like to save the file.

How do I delete/edit a locker file?

Edit: Check the file you want to edit, and click EDIT. The Edit File page pops up, allowing you to select the hyperlink to the file and edit the locker file description.

Delete: WARNING: When you choose to delete a file, you are NOT asked to confirm the deletion, so take special care when deleting files. Check the file(s) you want to delete and click DELETE. The files you chose are deleted from your locke
