You will learn how to conduct workplace safety training, accident investigations, safety audits and perform consulting for many industries including government, manufacturing, schools, mining, insurance and more.

Some of your real-world training may be offered in an internship setting. NTC’s occupational safety and health program has internship agreements with the following companies: MN Department of Natural Resources, 148th Fighter Wing MN Air National Guard, ConAgra/Lamb Weston, Hawkins Chemical Inc., Norbord Company, North Central Door Company, MN Department of Transportation and Bemidji State University Optivation. Our AAS program also prepares you to continue your education at Bemidji State University toward earning a four-year degree in Technology Management.
