NTC’s administrative support program can help you prepare for a career as a professional secretary, office assistant or receptionist. Our curriculum will help you develop and strengthen your skills in communications, telephone techniques, computer usage and human relations so you are prepared to perform office management tasks such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, transcribing business documents, filing and retrieving records, handling telephone calls and making travel arrangements.

All credits earned in the Administrative Support (diploma) program may be applied to the Administrative Assistant (AAS) program at Northwest Technical College.
