PLHE 2016

HVAC Technical Drawings/Prints

Credits: 2

Description: This course is designed to give the learner a basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawing used in the HVAC field. The course begins with the basics of simple isometric drawings to the advanced design and layout of complete HVAC systems. The course includes guest lectures from both architects and mechanical engineers. Other areas of interest will focus on are building plans, shop drawings, hydronic floor heat layouts, and the basics of bidding a job. Prerequisite(s): None

  6. Perform bidding based on plans
