Technical Communications

Description: This course is designed to help the learner understand the importance of written and verbal communication in the workplace and to improve the learner's ability to discuss employment-related concepts and write about them in an organized, clear, concise, and correct manner. The foundation of technical communication is audience analysis, careful observation, accurate summary, insightful analysis and evaluation, and fair use of material from other sources, will be applied to various technical formats and applied to the learner's field of study. Prerequisite(s): ENGL0050 or appropriate assessment score
