Child Development and Learning

Credits: 3

Description: This course provides an overview of child development from prenatal through eight years of age. Emphasis is placed on developmental domains and learning: physical, cognitive, language, creative, emotional, and social (includes cultural). It integrates theory with observation and assessment of development in home and center-based settings. Prerequisite: None Corequisite: GTEC0006
