Chassis Dynamometer

Description: This course is designed to provide an opportunity for the learner to gain proficiency in chassis's dynamometer operation, including software use, vehicle inspection, and vehicle restraints. Prerequisite(s): None

Competencies

  1. Exhibit profesionalism.
  2. Follow safety procedures.
  3. Calibrate load cell.
  4. Calibrate analog, TS-1, and roll speed RPM signals.
  5. Perform pull with andalog, TS-1, OBDII, and roll speed RPM signals.
  6. Restrain FWD, AND RWD vehicles.
  7. Perform tests in vehicle simulation and timing modes.
