Clinical II

This course will prepare the student to function in the clinical setting as a professional nurse with emphasis on utilization of the nursing process, therapeutic communication, client education, evidence-based practice, and critical thinking. The student will holistically assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in an effort to promote, maintain, and/or restore health to a variety of patients. Prerequisite(s): Generic Students: ADNG 1100 or HLTH1100, 1150, 1200, PSYC 2201, CHEM 1100 Prerequisite(s): Step-In Students: ADNG 1150, 1300 Co-requisite(s): ADNG 2400, 2150
